Come for a little walk in my garden....

It has been a breathe taking spring.  I have enjoyed my yard and our Gilbert Park.  It is just beautiful and pictures cannot do justice to the colors.  I took a few pictures and hope you will enjoy a little walk in my garden for spring!

Sweet Mallory

For those who know, I have five grand-sons and one grand-daughter.  I love them all, but Mallory is my only girl and it is fun to do girl things with her.  I have painted her nails and toenails and she has actually painted my nails.  She recently spent the night with me and I washed her hair.  I thought about some old curlers that I had and proceeded to roll her hair.  Well that lasted maybe 10 minutes.....with the question, "Is it ready yet grandma?"  Curlers out and hair dried before turning in for bedtime.  The next morning I got her up and remembered that I had brought some hot curlers a while back.  I went and got those out and rolled her hair.  Now this time you don't have to wait long to take the curlers out.  Mallory waited patiently.  She had pictures at school that day, so I was glad that it worked out.  Enjoy the pictures of sweet Mallory.  You can tell that she was so proud of her "Do"!
